The waistbelt has a wide wrap-around style and incorporates the triangulated straps of Mountainsmith's patented Delta Compression System to shift weight into the lumbar region for a stable, evenly distributed load. Lined with an elastic mesh fabric, the foam-padded waistbelt provides more support than comparable lumbar packs and remains comfortable to wear even on hot days.
